IPSOS Mori
This large research company wanted to increase intake for their 2009 graduate programme. Our aim was to develop a plan where Ipsos MORI can target graduates and increase their brand awareness. The plan was created to be used year on year, with the flexibility to add extra media where necessary, driving recruitment and publicising important research projects.
We used graduate recruitment websites to publish online profiles, as well as driving applications through targeted emails, job alerts and banner advertising. As a way to reach the students on-campus, postcards were placed in racks in areas of high footfall and placed in goody bags at fairs. The graduate market allowed us to look at targeted media such as mobile marketing & proximity outdoor work. The campaign is currently running well and we are particularly happy with the online work which has driven a lot of students to apply for the graduate programme.
